All Zo Results services are rendered on a time an materials basis with rates based on task, scheduling or quantity of time blocks (purchased in half day increments).  All services are rendered via pre-purchased time (i.e. a retainer arrangement).

Service rates are for tasks that involve support as far as use, diagnosis of a problem, managing a support ticket with Zoho or instruction and training.  Support can be booked on a calendar or purchased as a block of time to be used as needed. Rates for immediate service are charged at a premium and can only be rendered if resources are available.

Development rates apply to tasks such as coding, configuration, setup, development and documentation of processes and procedures.  Development is only sold in blocks of time and are scheduled based on overall resource availability. 

Design applies to direct consulting for solution determination, analysis, in-person meetings.  This includes documentation and supporting arguments for the decision to choose a best path forward solution. Strategic planning, marketing consulting and project definition are part of design services. If you don't know what you need to do to solve a problem - book some design time!
